TERMS OF SERVICE

Richardson Lawns LLC

Effective Date: feduary 16th, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting service from Richardson Lawns LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance services provided by Richardson Lawns LLC.

2. Services Provided

Richardson Lawns LLC provides lawn care services including, but not limited to:

Lawn mowing
weedeating and edging
Blowing driveways and walkways
Seasonal cleanup
Basic landscaping services

Specific services, schedules, and pricing will be outlined in your written estimate, quote, or service agreement through Jobber.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are sent electronically via Jobber.
Late payments may incur a late fee of $10 or 5% of the invoice total (whichever is greater) after 15 days past due.
Services may be paused for accounts more than 30 days past due.

We reserve the right to pursue collection on unpaid balances.

4. Scheduling & Weather Policy

Lawn services are scheduled weekly or biweekly unless otherwise agreed.
Service days may shift due to weather, equipment maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
If weather prevents service, we will resume on the next suitable day.

Missed services due to inaccessible gates, locked properties, or pets not secured may still incur a service charge.

5. Property Access & Safety

The customer agrees to:

Provide clear and safe access to all service areas
Remove debris, toys, dog waste, and personal property from the lawn prior to service
Clearly mark any hidden obstacles (sprinkler heads, invisible fences, exposed wiring, etc.)

Richardson Lawns LLC is not responsible for damage to items left in the yard or hidden hazards not disclosed.

6. Damage & Liability

We take care to avoid property damage. If damage occurs:

It must be reported within 48 hours of service
We must be given the opportunity to inspect and address the issue

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage
Damage to fragile, aged, or previously cracked surfaces
Grass thinning or stress caused by drought, disease, or pest conditions

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Service Cancellation

Weekly or biweekly service requires a 7-day notice for cancellation.
One-time services require 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

Seasonal clients may be subject to minimum service commitments if agreed upon in writing.

8. Automatic Service

Recurring lawn service will continue automatically unless canceled in writing. The customer is responsible for notifying us if service is no longer needed.

9. Pricing Changes

Prices may be adjusted due to:

Significant property changes
Excessive grass height from skipped service
Fuel cost increases
Increased service difficulty

Clients will be notified before price adjustments take effect.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional charge.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
